The attorneys at HP Attorneys regularly represent employees and employers in state and federal courts and before state and federal administrative agencies concerning claims of employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to accommodate disabilities, and other claims under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, Title VII of the Federal Civil Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, and state and federal whistleblower laws.
