Emma Kate McMurtry is an Associate Attorney at Hankin Palladino Weintrob Bell & Labov, where she focuses on Construction Litigation.
After graduating summa cum laude from Hanover College, she attended Penn State Law, graduating cum laude with Faculty Scholar honors.
At Penn State, Emma Kate earned certifications in Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, and Litigation and Advocacy, and received CALI Excellence Awards in Torts, Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure, and Equal Protection and Civil Rights. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Judge Grine in Centre County, Pennsylvania and served as both an Oralist and Coach for the Penn State Law Willhem C. Vis Moot Team, competing in Prague, Czech Republic, Paris, France, Vienna, Austria, and New York.
