Kevin J. Balistreri is an Associate Attorney at Hankin Palladino Weintrob Bell & Labov, focusing his practice on construction litigation, real estate, general land use and zoning, landlord-tenant matters, and the legal representation of public entities.
Mr. Balistreri graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He then attended Rutgers Law School, where he served as Vice President of the Rutgers Health Law Society. Mr. Balistreri began his legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey D. Light, Judge of Family Part in the Chancery Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Atlantic County. During his clerkship, he analyzed pleadings and motions, conducted research, and assisted in drafting Court Orders and Memorandum of Decision.
Following his clerkship, Mr. Balistreri worked at a well-known law firm in Atlantic County handling a wide array of family, civil, and criminal matters in both state and federal courts. Mr. Balistreri was recently selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2020, 2021 and 2022. This designation, based on peer recognition, professional achievement in legal practice, and other factors, is awarded only to a select number of accomplished attorneys in each state.
Mr. Balistreri is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to appear before the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
